We offer what we believe to be a unique service for those that would like to invest their savings or retirement funds, move here full time & either purchase an existing or set up a new business venture in Thailand. We can make your dream a reality simply by eliminating the many risk factors involved. Many Farang come to Thailand on holiday, fall in love with the place & decide this is where they want to stay. Having spent time in the likes of Pattaya & similar resorts & seeing the hundreds of Beer & GoGo bars with Farang owners seemingly 'living high on the hog' This often becomes the Farang dream, relocate to Thailand & open a bar. Each week in publications such as THE PATTAYA MAIL we see a long list of businesses offered for sale, so very easy to get carried away & jump in with both feet first! 'Act in haste-Repent at leisure' We here at THAILAND-FARANG-SOLUTIONS have seen so many Farang casualties over the years from those that have in many cases invested vast sums of money in ailing business ventures only to lose everything, their dreams shattered & in many cases they return to their country of origin literally 'broken men'
We live in the Internet age; Thailand has never been more accessible than it is today. Thai-related websites online must run into millions in number & its growing. There are Farang buying business that has never even set foot in Thailand before! All done over the Internet. One guy we met, sadly too late for him had invested 1.5 million baht in buying a very nice bar & adjoining mini mart in Pattaya. This guy had never been to Pattaya or Thailand in his life; he spotted this gem in an online classified, answered, negotiated, bought the lease & paid the key money . Imagine this strictly heterosexual macho-mans shock-horror-surprise when he arrives in Pattaya to find that the business he has bought is a Gay orientated business & it is situated in one of Pattaya's main Gay areas. He had no idea, simply hadn't asked & hadn't been told. This guy felt he could not run this type of business & eventually sold out at a loss of 1.2 million baht |
